Before Daily Fix was a brand, it was a mission; rooted in science, built with care, and shaped by real-life struggles.
Meet our Founders.
Melissa, a breast cancer survivor, and her sister-in-law Sophia, who faced health issues post-hysterectomy, founded Daily Fix Wellness. Alongside their husbands, Tim and Glenn, they created a family-owned company focused on holistic health and wellness.
Their mission is to deliver high-quality, sustainable products and foster a community dedicated to achieving optimal health.
Melissa is a wife, mother to 2 beautiful daughters, a physical therapist and a breast cancer survivor. Throughout her life, Melissa has always prioritized fitness and overall health and wellness. This led her to pursue a degree in biology and later a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
However, it was her journey through breast cancer treatment, recovery and prevention that led her to where she is today. “The journey was challenging, filled with difficult side effects like weight gain, mental fatigue, and the onset of menopause due to hormone therapy.”
I felt like I had lost the person I once was, both emotionally and physically. Yet, through it all, I was determined not just to survive, but to thrive.”
Sophia, wife and mother of 4 wonderful children, began her wellness journey after a medically necessary hysterectomy. Though one ovary was spared to prevent early menopause, she was soon overwhelmed by intense symptoms—fatigue, mood swings, brain fog—that doctors repeatedly dismissed.
Blood tests came back “normal,” and she was told her experience wasn’t connected to the surgery. But her body said otherwise. “It was like screaming into a void, no one was listening, but I didn’t feel like myself anymore.”
When specialists failed, she turned to holistic supplements, which helped, but they often lacked the potency, purity, or transparency she needed. “I was tired of piecing my health together from half-promises.”
We recognized the need for something better, so we set out to create it.

Why Plastic-Free?
We couldn’t create something to support holistic health while turning a blind eye to what’s harming the planet. Traditional supplement bottles may be recyclable in theory—but most end up in landfills, oceans, or worse. That didn’t sit right with us.
Going plastic-free wasn’t the easy choice. It cost more, took longer, and required custom solutions. But it was non-negotiable. Because healing should feel good—from the inside out and from production to packaging.
